2. Data processing of personal data

The following data is collected and stored for membership:

Name first Name
birth date
Address (street, city, postal code)
Telephone number
E-mail
Bank details (account holder, address of the account holder, IBAN, BIC)

3. Data transfer to third parties

No data will be transmitted to third parties. If such a matter arises, we give express consent for this. (see consent 4)

4. Declaration of consent for direct debit authorization

The data required for the direct debit will be transmitted to our bank and only if consent has been given.

5. Declaration of consent for the publication of photos

SD Hope e.V. intends to publish photos of projects, events, meetings, etc. on the association’s websites. These can also contain, among other things, photos of members. This is intended to improve the visibility of the board towards other club members and interested visitors.

6. Duration of storage of data

As soon as there is no longer a legal basis (e.g. tax retention requirement) for storing personal data, the data will be deleted. The data is usually collected after you have properly left the club.
